We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in their original condition.

Because our message cards and personalized items are made-to-order, we can only accept returns if:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • There is a manufacturing defect

  • You received the wrong item

📸 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours at catapultgifts@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the item

  • A brief description of the issue

We will replace the item at no cost to you.
