Orders are submitted for processing after payment is confirmed. Because many of our products are made to order, production and shipping times vary depending on the product and fulfillment partner. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods offered at checkout.
π« Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible atΒ catapultgifts@gmail.com. Because many of our products are made to order, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed once an order has been submitted for production. We will do our best to accommodate requests before production begins. This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable law.Β
Personalized & Custom Products
Many Catapult Gifts products are custom-made using names, photographs, text, or other details provided by customers.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all personalization details, including spelling, photographs, and design selections, before submitting their orders.
Please ensure that uploaded images are clear and that you have permission to use them.
Once production begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged product, please contact us at catapultgifts@gmail.com so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable law.
